FERRETEXX THE ANTI CUT SLEEVE FOR COIL HANDLING

FERRETEXX is Extreme condition sleeve to lift almost anything. Ultra sharp edges are now easiest job for synthetic slings. Available for both Round sling and Flat Webbing Slings for load up to 300 Ton. These sleeves stick to the job and are extremely cut resistant to be used for super sharp cut jobs.

These are ideal for Steel coils which have very sharp edges, now with FERRETEXX Anti Cut Sleeves coils lifting is very easy job with Polyester Slings. It enhances the life of polyester slings. Damage of inner layers of sheets coils can be prevented now by replacing wire rope slings with our Ferreterro Slings fitted with FERRETEXX "The ultimate anti cut sleeve".

When the load is lifted FERRETEXX Sleeve remains in contact of load whereas the sling slides smoothly through it thus, allowing for elongation and free positioning under the load.

❖ ZX Sleeves

Features :

• Heavy Duty Anti cut ZX sleeve suitable for 5 tons to 300 tons.
• Purpose of sleeve is to save the sling and take the damage on itself.
• Sleeves prevents damages on load bearing belt. If Sleeves gets damaged should be replaced immediately.
• The sleeves are 8 layered with 5 layered Bullet Resistant KEVLAR, If 6 layers get damaged after continuous use the sleeves need to be replaced.
• Polyurethane layered for load distribution and keep multiple layers intact.

❖ Ferreterro Ultra Sling

FERRETERRO ULTRA SLINGS are made of HMPE fibers manufactured by DSM Dyneema BV. It is a super strong High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) fiber and give maximum strength but is light weight. It is 8-10 time lighter than comparable steel wire rope slings and almost 40% stronger than Aramid fibers on a weight for weight basis. FERRETERRO ULTRA SLINGS floats on water and are extremely durable and resistant to moisture, UV Light and Chemical. Due to the facts that it is a very light and soft sling results in less damage to the steel coils edges and less work related injuries. As a result there will be big reduction in utilization cost. Ferreterro specifically developed round slings for Steel coils handling or other sharp and heavy loads using the fibers from DSM Dyneema. This round sling is made with 100% HMPE Yarn and has an engineered outer cover which is designed with special Anti-cut Weave using fiber from DSM Dyneema. Anti-Cut Sleeves can be in full length of sling or a movable type for use at sharp corners of load.
