Anti-Abrasive Sleeves

Sleeves are used on lifting slings to provide safety from cutting. Due to sleeves the lifting slings can be used to lift extremely cut prone products and does not damages the edge of products. Sleeves are made to lift Glass, Steel blades, girders, Slit coils, Wooden logs etc and give extra long life to slings. Usage of sleeves at workplace is must. 

We have a large variety of sleeves as per the requirement of jobs. The various types of anti-cutting & anti-abrasive sleeves are as under: 

Anti-Abrasive Sleeves
Anti-abrasive sleeves made of HTPY are basic type of sleeves. By using these sleeves life of slings can be increased up to 10 times. Made of HTPY and strongly constructed are available in PU impregnated and regular features.

Kevlar Dynaflex Sleeves 
Cut resistant Kevlar/HMPE sheet stitched with Velcro. Most efficient in low temperature and to lift products with protruding sharp points, weld spats. This sleeve provides cushion and protection both. The sleeve allow slings to slide in freely providing maximum wear resistance. 

Anti-Cut Velcro Type Sleeves
Fully Velcro Anti cut sleeve which can be put on and removed whenever required. High molecular aramid velcro to be stable at 300 ton load. Perfect for round slings if one leg or two legs are to be secured. 

Anti-Abrasive Velcro Type Sleeves
Fully Velcro anti-abrasive sleeve which can be put on and removed from service whenever required. High molecular aramid Velcro to be stable at 300 ton load.
